I was recommended Richard for a last minute ride from NUH to my home in Marine Parade. I’m very grateful that he took up the job even though it was only a 3-hour notice. He arrived promptly and the journey home was so smooth that I actually fell asleep. My mom was very happy with the ride too.
Chanced upon Richard’s contact on carousell as i was looking for wheelchair transport urgently. Richard was very accomodating and helpful to my last minute request. He even make arrangement for alternative transport when he was unable to make it for one of the trip.

Engaged Richard’s service due to vehicle’s issues on our end. Although it was a very last min request, Richard was very accommodating and adjusted his schedule to meet our needs. Richard arrived on time (earlier actually) the subsequently day, was very professional and friendly towards my staff and elderly.
